RSVR debuts hydration system

RSVR Hydration, a new brand, has introduced the RSVR Hydration System, a fully integrated, patent-pending hydration solution.

The RSVR Hydration System combines an aerodynamic, body-contoured bladder with a modular front harness or vest platform to minimize drag, reduce weight, and improve stability.

“Most hydration setups on the market are iterations of the same decades-old design: a bag inside a bag,” said Austin Waggoner, designer at RSVR Hydration.

“We took an entirely new approach, with hydration as a performance system rather than a storage accessory. The RSVR Hydration System keeps only what’s necessary, reducing weight and creating the ultimate performance system that’s great for cyclists, runners and other endurance and competitive athletes.”

The RSVR Product Suite is built around a modular, interchangeable platform so athletes can adapt their setup as their goals, terrain, and seasons change. Reservoirs, sleeves, and fronts, such as the Lite Harness and All Terrain Vest, are designed to integrate seamlessly, allowing you to scale capacity up or down without replacing your entire system. Whether it’s a short, high-intensity effort or a full-day mountain push, RSVR lets you carry only what you need.

Features:

Aerodynamic bladder design — A three-piece, body-contoured reservoir conforms to the athlete’s back, reducing standoff, bounce, and drag compared to traditional flat bladders.

Shaped geometry stores more fluid in less space, enabling slimmer profiles and improved load distribution.

A complete harness and 1.8L bladder system weighs 320g (0.7 lbs).

A waterproof zipper enables easy filling, thorough cleaning, and straightforward servicing.

Multiple internal baffles stabilise fluid movement to maintain balance and comfort at speed.

Materials resist sweat absorption, eliminating excess water weight and improving long-term comfort.

Refilling can be done without removing the system from a bag, with minimal steps for nutrient addition.

Under-arm hose routing positions the hose for a ready-to-drink experience while reducing aerodynamic drag versus over-the-shoulder designs.

Users can tailor capacity and storage with the interchangeable Lite Harness, All Terrain Vest, insulator sleeve, and various reservoir sizes. The RSVR Hydration System was launched in early May on Kickstarter. The crowdfunding campaign is fully funded and backers will receive their RSVR Hydration Systems in August. Early backer discount pricing and additional benefits are available on Kickstarter through June 5, 2026: kickstarter.com/projects/rsvrhydration/rsvr-hydration-athlete-driven-hydration-system
