Booking for walks during April’s South Kesteven Walking Festival in Lincolnshire is now available.

Organised by South Kesteven District Council, the event includes urban, rural and pushchair-friendly walks for all abilities. Some need to be booked in advance, with the full programme and details here in an online brochure: https://tinyurl.com/SKwalking

The programme has information more than 40 walks from community groups across the district where those taking part can discover something new in the area.

Each walk has a difficulty rating and symbols are used to explain the suitability of the walks for different audiences.

Cabinet Member for Leisure and Culture, Cllr Paul Stokes, who is also the council’s deputy leader, said: “The long-term weather forecast is in our favour so get your walking boots ready and join this celebration of walks from across the South Kesteven District.

“Bring yourself, your dog, young family in a pushchair and enjoy the great outdoors on your doorstep.”
