British outdoor brand Rab has announced a major expansion of its technical pack collection for spring/summer 2025.
The new range spans award-winning waterproof running packs to expedition-grade trekking backpacks. The new Veil XP 30 has secured an ISPO Award, which celebrates breakthrough developments in sports equipment.

The new spring/summer 2025 pack collection introduces five distinct series:
Hyperon: Load-hauling trekking packs designed for long distances in remote regions. Available volumes: 50L ND; 50L; 80L ND; 80L.
Exion: High-capacity load carriers for extended treks. Available volumes: 35L ND; 38L; 45L ND; 48L; 55L ND; 55L; 65L ND; 65L.
Veil XP: Award-winning waterproof running and fast-hiking packs. Available volumes: 20L; 30L.
Protium: Versatile technical daypacks. Available volumes: 18L ND; 20L; 25L ND; 27L; 33L ND; 35L.
Nitron: Streamlined packs for minimalist day hiking. Available volumes: 12L; 18L; 25L.
Rab offers a narrow dimensions (ND) fit for most of its packs, featuring optimised proportions for users with smaller frames, ensuring universal comfort and performance across the range.
For each pack, Rab issues a material facts table, indicating the product’s recycled material by weight; its PFAS status; the % of renewable energy used in the final product manufacturing stage; and the country of origin.
The new Rab pack collection is available in spring 2025.
